Nanacast has a step by step membership wizard to help you launch your memberships.
To access the membership feature, just hover Publish on the menu from the left hand side, and you’ll see the membership wizard appear instantly on the right submenu.
Here’s what the items on the form means:
Membership Name – Place in the name you want for your membership site. This will be the name that appears when your customers see the page.
Mirror Digital content field – There would be times when you want to have 2 types of membership but contains the same content from another membership that you own. You can use this feature to instantly load the content from another membership without having to copy them one by one.
Customer Service Information – Here you place your support email, website and contact #
Publisher Name – Your company name or business
Status – You can activate, deactivate or pause memberships
Add podcast functionality – Any content placed in the membership page will be available for download. This is a handy feature if you want your customers download your content to their computer or portable devices.
Directory Listing – There are 3 types of listings
Public – This means your membership will appear in Nanacast’s directory.
*If you activate Public listing, then a “Share This” feature will be available where viewers can bookmark it and share it with others.
Private – You are the only one who have authority where to advertise your membership.
URL Alias – When you create a Nanacast membership, the ending url is assigned a number. You can create reader-friendly URLs in this field.
Directory Category –Which category your membership will be listed.
